Credit card and eCheck payments will be accepted online via Calvert County's Encompass Online Portal for residential building, grading, plumbing and electrical permits. There will be a transaction convenience fee of 2.7% for credit card payments and $2.25 for eCheck payments added to the permit ​transaction total.
